Projeto Político Pedagógico Institucional em análise: formação para o mundo do trabalho à luz da perspectiva do currículo integrado

Abstract

O campo da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT) é um local de disputas entre duas visões, a mercadológica e a formação omnilateral. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar se o Projeto Político Pedagógico Institucional (PPPI) de uma instituição pública de ensino localizada na Região Centro-Oeste do Brasil privilegia a formação de mão-de-obra para os setores produtivos ou a educação de jovens para o mundo do trabalho, no contexto do currículo integrado. A pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa e análise documental do PPPI, é embasada pelos teóricos Saviani (1989, 2003, 2007), Ciavatta (2012), Machado (1991) e outros. Como resultados, a análise sinaliza que o PPPI da instituição orienta uma formação pautada pelos pilares da formação emancipadora, por meio da indissociabilidade entre trabalho, educação, ciência e tecnologia.
