Dinâmica e tipologia dos mercados das agroindústrias familiares: a proeminência das cadeias curtas agroalimentares

Abstract

O objetivo do trabalho é evidenciar os tipos, dinâmicas, oportunidades e desafios que fazem parte da construção social de cadeias curtas de comercialização de alimentos das agroindústrias familiares, pelos atores sociais, tanto por parte dos agricultores como dos consumidores e compradores destes produtos. A metodologia utilizada é composta do uso de dados secundários e quantitativos do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e estatística (IBGE), relativos ao Censo Agropecuário e, também, qualitativa, com dados primários, baseada em vinte e três entrevistas semiestruturadas, aplicadas em 2012, com agricultores, formuladores de políticas públicas, representantes da agricultura familiar e consumidores de alimentos.
