Aplicabilidade estratégica de compliance na gestão de riscos trabalhistas

Abstract

Este artigo tem por objetivo verificar a relevância da aplicabilidade de compliance por intermédio da metodologia de checklist utilizada estrategicamente na gestão das atividades de departamento pessoal para identificar e mitigar riscos trabalhistas. Esta metodologia pode ser utilizada para gerir riscos trabalhistas por empresas de todos os formatos jurídicos. Destarte destaca-se também que o compliance já é frequentemente aplicada por várias empresas, notadamente em departamentos financeiras, como forma de mitigar fraudes. Para a concretização deste estudo fez-se o uso da abordagem da pesquisa qualitativa, pois a mesma exige do pesquisador um olhar aprofundado do contexto em que é executada.
