Processo de identificação organizacional em Startups

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar como se caracteriza o processo de Identificação Organizacional de uma startup de educação online com foco no mercado musical brasileiro. Como lente teórica utilizou-se dos fundamentos da Identificação Organizacional, a qual possibilita compreender o significado que os indivíduos atribuem às organizações. Optou-se por um estudo exploratório de abordagem qualitativa utilizando como método o estudo de caso único. A técnica de coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas em profundidade com os quatro sócios fundadores da startup. Constatou-se que a totalidade dos entrevistados possuem uma Superidentificação com a organização.
