Trabajo social laboral, una mirada desde el mundo contemporáneo

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar el quehacer profesional del Trabajador Social en el campo laboral, para tener una visión más amplia acerca del rol; las funciones y actividades que desempeña en esta área. En el proceso de la investigación se utilizó un estudio de tipo cualitativo y cuantitaivo, de carácter descriptivo y exploratorio, utilizando como técnica la encuesta. Evidenciando mediante los resultados la importancia que tiene el Trabajador Social en el Departamento de Recursos Humanos; ya que, al ser un agente de cambio, busca contribuir en cada individuo para que logre satisfacer sus necesidades en la medida que sea posible para que de esta manera puedan desarrollarse ambientes laborales adecuados que estimulen la competitividad y solidez de las organizaciones.
