A natureza interdisciplinar da responsabilidade social corporativa: uma revisão sistemática

Abstract

A literatura acerca da temática de negócios e sociedade apresenta conceitos convergentes ao de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa (RSC). A interdisciplinaridade passa a ser concebida e veiculada progressivamente como um conceito crescentemente vinculado ao mundo empresarial. Em termos de discurso e prática, numa perspectiva integradora para a resolução de problemas mais complexos, sua definição abrange múltiplas dimensões e manifestações. Dessa forma, o objetivo desse estudo é realizar uma revisão sistemática de literatura sobre interdisciplinaridade e sua interface à responsabilidade social corporativa, a partir das bases ScienceDirect e Portal de Periódicos da Capes.
