Abstract

La práctica de analizar una obra científica para posteriormente emitir conclusiones críticas que estimulen o no a otros a incursionar en la lectura de dicho texto es, sin dudas, una tarea harto compleja. Esta misión se torna todavía más complicada si la obra es extensa y compleja por cuanto aborda un tema controversial desde el punto de vista de la doctrina. Tal es el caso del libro que en esta ocasión presentamos al lector, del cual figura como autor Luciano Parejo Alfonso: Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Catedrático de Derecho Administrativo Emérito de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
