Componentes históricos e jurídicos relevantes para a criação da comarca de Palmas (PR): os atores sociais no desenvolvimento de um estado demorático de direito

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve por objetivo a verificação das motivações históricas e jurídicas que culminaram com a criação da Comarca de Palmas, no Estado do Paraná, no final do século XIX, mais precisamente no ano de 1896. Para tanto, procedeu-se ao delineamento histórico e geográfico da região, objeto do presente estudo, para possibilitar o completo entendimento das justificativas e necessidades da região. Ainda, na sequência, houve uma retrospectiva do Poder Judiciário Paranaense, com a culminação da instalação da Comarca da cidade de Palmas.
