Agroquímicos: enemigos latentes para los polinizadores y la producción de alimentos primarios que agonizan

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene el propósito de revisión documental sobre la interacción, sus efecto y relación entre los agroquímicos, el medio ambiente, los sistemas de producción de alimentos y las consecuencias sobre una especie tan importante para la seguridad alimentaria como lo es la Apis mellifera, responsables directas del proceso de polinización de plantas nativas, frutas y semillas. Por lo tanto, su accionar es de suma importancia para la productividad mundial de alimentos y aseguramiento de la subistencia de la especie humana en el planeta. Las abejas presentan sensibilidad a la gran mayoria de agroqúímicos utilizados como medias de mitigación contra plagas y pandemias, por lo tanto el interés nos debe convocar a todos para concientizar sobre las estimaciones mundiales de declive de su población.
