A transnecropolítica no brasil

Abstract

O presente artigo discute a existência de uma transnecropolitica no Brasil. Para tanto, primeiramente, explica o que é transexualidade e alguns aspectos controversos relacionados ao tema. Logo, apresenta o pensamento decolonial e o conceito de necropolítica. Finalmente, relaciona a necropolítica à questão trans, expondo as razões que permitem afirmar que há uma transnecropolítica no Brasil. Utiliza o método de pesquisa bibliográfica e recorre a autores como Judith Butler, Berenice Bento, Achille Mbembe, bem como a dados da ANTRA, para respaldar as reflexões. Conclui que o Estado brasileiro negligencia a população trans e que é possível adaptar o conceito de necropolítica para afirmar que existe a transnecropolítica no Brasil.
