Los jóvenes y el empleo a futuro

Abstract

En la presente investigación de datos que se presenta constituye a dar a conocer cómo es que afecta el desempleo a los jóvenes que están por desenvolverse en un área laboral, es decir la preocupación de ellos ante esta situación para que puedan ir encaminando su futuro en base a un puesto laboral estable. Una de cada cuatro personas es joven por esa causa es que la juventud se llega a ver más afectada ante la falta de empleos. Hubo un tiempo en que la gente ascendía socialmente y conseguía la estabilidad social por medio de la educación, es decir el estar preparados garantizaba un buen empleo ya que eran egresados y se les daba la capacitación posteriormente. Es alarmante y es un hecho hoy en día que quienes alcanzan mayores grados de escolaridad son los que más dificultades tienen al momento de conseguir un empleo y en algunas profesiones esto es un mayor problema. Los jóvenes aunque tienen muchos conocimientos teóricos no tienen el saber práctico de la experiencia. Lo que se busca lograr con esto es encontrar alternativas y brindar oportunidades para los jóvenes que están por concluir sus estudios.
