Principios de la ética judicial

Abstract

Lo principios de la ética judicial, sistematizados o no en códigos normativos, cumplen indudablemente una función legitimadora de la actividad jurisdiccional, en tanto determinan los parámetros de conducta destinados a garantizar el adecuado ejercicio de los poderes del juez, de manera que resulten compatibles con el modelo de una sociedad democrática. En el siguiente trabajo, se desarrollan los contenidos teóricos y normativos de los principios generales de la ática judicial, tomando como referente el Código Modelo Iberoamericano.
