Segurança alimentar e nutricional: o direito à alimentação no Brasil

Abstract

O direito à alimentação faz parte de um conjunto de previsões atinentes aos direitos fundamentais do ser humano, associado ao direito à vida, à saúde, ao lazer, à educação, à cultura e ao desenvolvimento social. O escopo deste artigo é apresentar as previsões legais e normativas sobre segurança alimentar e nutricional (SAN) no Brasil, as quais estão concentradas tanto em leis específicas ou dispersas em normas que instituem políticas públicas setoriais diversas.
