Sensebook: história da indumentária para crianças com deficiência visual

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar o desenvolvimento de material didático, lúdico e inclusivo para crianças com e sem deficiência visual, visando o conhecimento da história da indumentária desde a Pré-História até os diais atuais. A escola e os materiais multiformato/multisensoriais são fundamentais para que as crianças cegas e com baixa visão tenham um aprendizado significativo, já que na maioria das instituições de ensino não se encontram materiais didáticos específicos para com deficiência. Para a realização desta pesquisa foi utilizada a metodologia projetual chamada Inclusive Design Toolkit (Conjunto de Ferramentas de Design Inclusivo), elaborada por um grupo de pesquisadores da equipe de Design Inclusivo do Centro de Design e Engenharia da Universidade de Cambridge do Reino Unido. Com o desenvolvimento de protótipos de réplicas de indumentárias, acredita-se que os alunos poderão conhecer épocas diferentes da história da moda.
