Terceirização do setor logístico nas indústrias

Abstract

Com o aumento da terceirização logística nas indústrias, as empresas estão ficando mais focadas em seu negócio e terceirizando suas atividades paralelas. Cada vez mais as indústrias trabalham na busca de redução de custo ou a chamada produção enxuta. Para os empresários, o setor de logística é de fundamental importância pois trabalham com altos custos, sendo grande parte dos prejuízos e desperdícios oriundos dos processos logísticos. Na maioria das vezes, esses processos são mal geridos por conta da falta de expertise na área. O objetivo geral do artigo é mostrar o aumento da terceirização do setor logístico nas indústrias, com suas vantagens e desvantagens e o quanto isso é saudável para as organizações. Foi realizado um estudo de caso mostrando na prática como o setor de logística pode agregar valor na indústria, principalmente nas que não possuem know how.
