Implantação de um programa de lean manufacturing em uma fábrica do polo industrial de Manaus

Abstract

Este projeto tem como objetivo analisar os processos e a situação atual do programa de 5S já existente na empresa, propor melhorias no programa, acompanhar e reportar os resultados tanto do Lean Manufacturing quanto do 5S. Para uma análise efetiva, foram utilizadas ferramentas como: questionários, planilhas no excel com os resultados de auditorias já realizadas e com o quantitativo de funcionários existentes na empresa, de forma a compreender o ambiente geral em que o programa estava inserido. A implementação ocorreu de forma exitosa e melhorou de forma efetiva o sistema de produção da empresa, o que significou um avanço geral de 5,16% no segundo trimestre de 2017 em comparação com o primeiro. Esse resultado evidencia quão vantajosa pode ser a aplicação do Lean em uma empresa, oferecendo ganhos reais de rendimento e eliminação de desperdícios.
