Os direitos fundamentais e a efetivação das políticas públicas para a população idosa do Brasil: moradia, transporte, cultura, esporte e lazer

Abstract

O artigo proposto visa apresentar uma discussão sobre os direitos fundamentais e efetivação das políticas públicas para a pessoa idosa no Brasil, com foco nos direitos à moradia, transporte, cultura, esporte e lazer, a partir das análises do Estatuto do Idoso e documentos resultantes das quatro Conferências Nacionais da Pessoa Idosa realizadas no Brasil no período de 2006 à 2016. Os resultados obtidos apontaram que as propostas de políticas públicas estão alinhadas a visão do envelhecimento ativo, mas se fazem necessárias maior integração entre as políticas públicas, identificação, estabelecimento de prazos e metas financeiras para a efetivação das ações propostas.
