Aprendizaje organizacional (AO) para la estructuración del marketing interno (MI) en instituciones de salud

Abstract

Este documento presenta los resultados de la primera fase de un estudio cuyo objetivo es explicar la contribución teórica del Marketing Interno (MI) en la prestación de servicios en Instituciones de Salud. En él se destaca la estructura teórica del término, sus características y beneficios para las Instituciones como un medio para incentivar la motivación y compromiso del Capital Humano (CH) en el cumplimiento de la filosofía institucional a través de su desempeño e impacto en clientes externos (pacientes, usuarios). Asimismo, plantea la necesidad por la incorporación de Modelos de Marketing Interno (MI) que promuevan el Aprendizaje Organizacional (AO) para la satisfacción de necesidades del Capital Humano (CH), la orientación y calidad en los servicios para generar ventajas competitivas que mejoren sus indicadores.
