Evaluación y cálculo de la tasa de descuento en el sector alimentario cuban

Abstract

La tasa de descuento permite determinar el valor actual, descontando los pagos esperados con vencimiento futuro al tanto de rentabilidad ofrecido por las inversiones alternativas equivalentes disponibles en el mercado de capital, denominada asimismo, costo de oportunidad del capital. El artículo tiene como objetivo diseñar un procedimiento para el cálculo de la tasa de descuento en la evaluación financiera de los proyectos de inversión del sector alimentario, el que cuantificará el rendimiento esperado y el riesgo que asumirán los accionistas o inversionistas por dicha inversión. Para alcanzar el objetivo se adaptará a la realidad cubana el modelo de valuación de activos de capital (CAPM) y el Costo Promedio Ponderado de Capital, los que facilitarán la estimación del riesgo esperado de las inversiones propuestas de la fase de preinversión.
