O caso de insucesso da implantação de um sistema ERP em uma empresa de pequeno porte

Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo relatar a inviabilidade de implantação de um sistema ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning (Planejamento de Recursos Empresariais) em uma empresa de pequeno porte. Com base nisso foram realizadas entrevistas com os usuários do sistema ERP, onde foi observado os benefícios e os malefícios que o sistema estava acarretando na empresa, onde pode-se observar que o sistema em questão possui um alto custo de aquisição e um alto valor de mensalidade após a compra, como também ficou notável o alto grau de complexidade que o sistema possuía, o que no final dificultava a utilização do mesmo, acarretando uma certa demora para alimentar o sistema e assim atrasando todas as demais tarefas dos usuários. Para conseguir melhorar a parte de gestão da empresa se sugere criar um controle interno de planilhas eletrônicas, pois além de possuir um custo baixíssimo, são criadas com o foco naquilo que é necessário.
