Producción científica en países iberoamericanos en el período 2009-2015

Abstract

La actividad científica es uno de los factores que influyen en el desarrollo económico de un país. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar las publicaciones Scopus de los países iberoamericanos en el período 2009-2015. El análisis está basado en información recogida de la Red de Indicadores de Ciencia y Tecnología - Iberoamericana e Interamericana (RICYT). Los resultados muestran que España es el país con más producción científica en términos absolutos, aunque Portugal es el país con mayor potencial de crecimiento. En América Latina, Brasil sigue siendo el país con mayor crecimiento y representatividad.
