Seguridad de la información y matriz de riesgo enfocado en el plan estratégico: caso Laboratorios Luque S.A

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo proponer una matriz de riesgo en la cual se identifiquen los factores de relevancia en cuanto a la problemática que enmarca los riesgos potenciales, partiendo de un análisis FODA cuya interacción entre los elementos definirán los objetivos estratégicos y que dicho diagnostico muestran los posibles riesgos que influyen en la operatividad de la empresa Luque S.A., este análisis muestra como el error de la información, calidad del servicio al cliente, fuga de información confidencial, incremento en el costo de la materia prima, errores en el proceso de fabricación, Daños, deterioro o pérdida de los productos/materia prima y el desconocimientos de los procedimientos son factores determinantes dentro de la planeación estratégica de la empresa y que deben ser considerados para desarrollar un modelo de gestión como el cuadro de mando integral.
