La inserción laboral de los trangéneros en la cuidad de Portoviejo 2017

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue caracterizar de forma acuciosa desde el punto de vista de la comunidad transgenero de la ciudad de Portoviejo la cuestión de inserción laboral abarcada desde la problemática social de los involucrados. La investigación se desarrolló mediante un enfoque mixto. Para determinar la muestra se la establece con un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, de los cuales se determinan 38 personas de sexo masculino, autodefinidos transgenero, con una edad promedio de 25 años de edad; para aportar resultados minuciosos los investigadores deciden aplicar la técnica de encuesta abierta. Los resultados evidencian la discriminación que existe por parte de empleadores y de la comunidad general hacia las personas trans, basada en algunos prejuicios arraigados en la conducta social manabita y ecuatoriana por lo que el grupo considera oportuno la sensibilización que permita superar estas brechas sociales.
