Representaã‡Ã•Es Da Tortura: Denãšncia, Humanizaã‡Ãƒo E Remissãƒo Pelo Espaã‡O Literã Rio

Abstract

Neste artigo discuto a hipótese de que os romances Em câmara lenta (1977), de Renato Tapajós, Batismo de Sangue (1982), de Frei Betto, Volto semana que vem (2015), de Maria Pila, e Ainda estou aqui (2015), de Marcelo Rubens Paiva, atuam como espaço de remissão para seus autores e leitores e também como registros denunciativos das práticas de tortura promovidas pelo regime militar brasileiro, sobretudo, pós- AI-5. Sem ser exaustivo, aponto o caráter verossímil que entrelaça o contexto de vida destes autores e suas obras, isso por meio um painel analítico-comparativo com foco nos trechos, dessas obras, em que são narradas cenas de suplício.
