Abstract

O presente artigo tem o objetivo analisar a relação entre a autoridade do direito e o dever do indivíduo de respeitá-la. A pretensão de autoridade legítima do Direito é o ponto nevrálgico que permeia o presente trabalho e, nesse sentido, determinadas questões serão analisadas, visando contribuir com as atuais discussões acerca da possibilidade ou não de o indivíduo - por meio de fundamentadas razões morais – dissentir à norma jurídica.
