Abstract

En Colombia el tema de la ayuda humanitaria, a lo largo de la historia del país y de acuerdo al resguardo de las víctimas del conflicto armado, ha tenido una serie de transformaciones que han logrado cambiar la perspectiva de ayuda y sobre todo, la conciencia humanitaria entre los ciudadanos y el Estado. Pero es necesario anotar, que aquellas transformaciones, también se componen por aspectos negativos a la hora de hacer efectivas las ayudas humanitarias.
