Abstract

O tema finanças pessoais está hoje entre os mais modernos e atuais, e muito se tem falado sobre a tomada de decisões no que diz respeito à gestão do próprio dinheiro. O principal foco desta pesquisa foi relacionar o nível de conhecimento em finanças pessoais e a educação financeira dos colaboradores da Sicredi, uma Instituição Financeira Cooperativa localizada no Sul do Brasil.
