Abstract

A partir de uma análise e discussão sobre a cientificidade da Administração, tendo como ponto de partida uma revisão sistemática em publicações que abordaram esta temática, este artigo objetiva apresentar abordagens e desafios epistemológicos do campo da Administração, para que seja discutido se e como este campo pode ser considerado científico. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de literatura em duas bases de dados de periódicos e de um congresso brasileiro, explorando publicações do período de 2005-2015.
