Riesgos Psicosociales Que Enfrentan Los Jã“Venes Desocupados En La Regiã“N Lambayeque-Perãš

Abstract

El Desempleo es un fenómeno complejo de investigación permanente desde diversas disciplinas. Su relación con problemas sociales y de salud se ha establecido ampliamente. El presente artículo aborda los riesgos que actualmente enfrentan os jóvenes lambayecanos sin empleo, tomado fundamentalmente desde el plano psicosocial, se utilizó como técnica la entrevista y el focos group, como instrumento el cuestionario; entre las conclusiones se señalan, la concepción sobre el trabajo, sentimientos de decepción, depresión, abandono baja autoestima, sentimientos de injusticia, entre otros. Sugerimos se profundicen los estudios a fin de conseguir alternativas de solución desde el gobierno, la comunidad.
