Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación pretende presentar un análisis de la Evolución de las Competencias Municipal de Guayaquil, con el afán de que a través del análisis se obtenga los conocimientos respectivos de la presente investigación. La Municipalidad de Guayaquil le corresponde, el cumpliendo de las competencias con los fines que le son esenciales, satisfacer las necesidades colectivas del vecindario, especialmente las derivadas de la convivencia urbana cuya atención no compete a otros organismos gubernativos; sin embargo, contribuirá con apego a la Ley, a la realización de los fines del Estado.
