Efectos de la inversión pública en la fuerza laboral

Abstract

El dinamismo del mercado laboral se debe entre otros factores a la inversión pública que se realiza por el estado y organismos seccionales en el país. Para analizarlo se realiza revisión de los indicadores de empleabilidad de mano de obra bajo la técnica de revisión bibliográfica y posteriormente se analiza bajo el modelo de regresión lineal, donde se encuentra que la inversión pública mejora las condiciones laborales de la mano de obra del país. Por ello, se concluye que la gestión de la inversión pública dentro de un país requiere de políticas que propicien el desarrollo del talento humano y por ende las condiciones de vida de la población.
