La robótica en el servicio hotelero. Futuro incierto de las sociedades turísticas deshumanizadas

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene por objetivo reflexionar sobre la relación existente entre los servicios hoteleros robotizados y la deshumanización de las sociedades turísticas. Metodológicamente se realiza un análisis en profundidad de la literatura del área estudiada: la robotización de los servicios hoteleros; es un estudio descriptivo apoyado en el análisis de contenido. Será un punto de partida para posteriores investigaciones que contribuyan positivamente al sector turístico-hotelero a partir de un análisis ajustado a lo que sucede en el cambiante y globalizado servicio hotelero. El fin es aprovechar la robótica como una oportunidad y evitar las amenazas, asegurar la calidad y calidez del servicio hotelero garantizando la sostenibilidad del sector y de los destinos turísticos.
