La inclusión de la literatura popular en la Historiografía de la Literatura Brasilera: reflexiones desde la obra de Patativa do Assaré

Abstract

Este artículo problematiza la cuestión de la inclusión de la literatura popular en la Historiografía de la Literatura Brasilera. Para ello, en primer lugar, se problematiza la definición de la literatura popular y se pone la importancia de aventar una otra epistemología que abra espacio para las producciones populares junto a las historias de la literatura. En segundo lugar, se hace una revisión de la tradición del repente en la literatura brasilera a partir de Silva (2002). En tercer lugar, se demuestran los recursos estilísticos de la obra Patativa como forma de resaltar la calidad estética de la poesía popular.
