La incidencia de la construcción de género en el uso del tiempo y el acceso al trabajo de las mujeres en México

Abstract

En este trabajo se aborda el tema de la construcción de género, los roles sociales que se asumen como naturales en tanto se es hombre o mujer en una sociedad; y cómo esta ideología impacta en el uso de tiempo de la población femenina, así como en sus oportunidades y los tipos de empleos a los que tienen acceso en el ámbito económico. Se plantea la pertinencia de generar una cultura de equidad respecto a los géneros con la intención de promover la igualdad de oportunidades en todos los ámbitos de lo social, particularmente en lo laboral.
