Relações zoomórficas no imaginário popular das narrativas na literatura de Cordel

Abstract

Neste estudo, propomos abordar as relações e interações com os animais presentes no imaginário popular, expressões da cultura de um povo transmitidas oralmente e narradas na literatura de cordel. Narrativas, mitos, contos, causos, adivinhas, canções, sagas, rezas, ritos e provérbios, de uma forma geral, essas narrativas abordam o cotidiano das pessoas, somando-se a isso a liberdade criativa e imaginativa de seus contadores, de tal modo que as situações reais e o imaginário são tecidos conjuntamente como resultado de experiências vividas ou inventadas. Nos causos narrados, normalmente, os próprios contadores constituem-se em personagens principais, testemunhas e/ou ouvintes dos episódios narrados. Para análise utilizamos 50 folhetos de cordel, com temáticas que envolvem diretamente os animais, atribuindo-lhes características humanas ou atribuindo aos humanos características animais.
