Abstract

En México, es conocido que la política económica planteada por los diferentes gobiernos a lo largo de la historia, ha mostrado una falta de control en el manejo de las variables macroeconómicas, lo cual ha afectado significativamente a la sociedad, sobre todos a los grupos marginales. A manera de sentar las bases para la comprensión del manejo del gasto público y de los ingresos de la Federación, se presenta en este estudio, en el cual se enuncia la importancia de la correcta interpretación sobre los textos y leyes del quehacer financiero, teniendo como objetivo general la revisión general sobre los métodos de interpretación más significativos: Métodos Clásicos y Métodos Cuantitativos; así como del marco jurídico en el que se sustenta la política económica, que para cualquier sociedad debería tener como finalidad reducir la brecha entre la desigualdad social existente.
