Programa Pãƒo Escola: Uma Aã‡Ãƒo Estratã‰Gica De Gestãƒo Social Intersetorial Da Prefeitura Municipal De Belo Horizonte?

Abstract

Tendo em vista a importância dos cursos de qualificação de mão de obra na sociedade atual, este artigo analisa o Programa Pão Escola da Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte, que oferece cursos de qualificação na área de alimentação. Tendo como cerne central a gestão social e a intersetorialidade, este estudo objetiva apresentar conceitos e fazer posterior associação dos mesmos com a proposta do programa em questão. São explicitados por meio de gráficos, análise da portaria municipal e revisão bibliográfica os dados e conceitos pertinentes para associá-los e avaliar o programa no que se refere à sua ação enquanto gestão social. Observa-se por fim que a proposta da Prefeitura de BH não atende plenamente aos conceitos apresentados e não deve apresentar-se como uma proposta de gestão social deste órgão público. Deixa-se ainda, a proposta de posteriores estudos no mesmo campo para a realização de novas pesquisas de avaliação da adequação do programa.
