Estrutura De Governanã‡A: Um Compilado De Suas Abordagens Atravã‰S De Uma Revisãƒo Sistemã Tica

Abstract

Este estudo realiza uma revisão sistemática da produção científica sobre Estrutura de Governança e suas abordagens. Realizou-se uma busca nas bases de dados SciElo e Web of Science delimitada entre 2002 e 2014, com as palavras chave: estrutura de governança; custo de transação; especificidade de ativos; hierarquia; e teoria de contratos. Foram selecionados 30 artigos mais próximos e relevantes à área, desenvolvendo um panorama geral dos trabalhos, metodologias, métodos de coleta de dados, citações e acessos, nacionalidade e análise geral das autorias. Os resultados revelaram que a maioria dos trabalhos utiliza abordagem qualitativa e pesquisa documental na metodologia e na coleta dos dados. Brasileiros e estrangeiros desenvolveram grande parte dos trabalhos em dupla. Nos trabalhos brasileiros ressaltamos o número de acesso e nos internacionais abordamos as citações dos trabalhos e de suas referências, sendo os americanos Magee e Galinsky os mais presentes. Concluiu-se também que a pesquisa nessa área está presente e representada em todo mundo.
