Abstract

Este artigo visa analisar as etapas da IV Conferência Municipal de Políticas Urbanas de Belo Horizonte com o objetivo de compreender como ocorreu a participação dos distintos atores durante o processo de deliberação. Instituída pela Prefeitura Municipal de Belo Horizonte em 2014, a Conferência contou com a participação de representantes dos setores popular, técnico e empresarial. Para a análise foram realizadas entrevistas com os representantes dos distintos grupos e leitura das atas referentes aos encontros, além da observação das reuniões para capacitação e discussão.
