MEMÓRIAS DE UM SINDICALISTA NA AMAZÔNIA: Entre as histórias e memórias de Virgílio Serrão Sacramento

Abstract

O presente artigo analisa as memórias do sindicalista Virgílio Serrão Sacramento, homem simples, extrativista que virou um marco na luta e defesa de centenas de trabalhadores rurais no município Mojú-Pa, na Amazônia brasileira. Para este trabalho utilizamos a metodologia da história oral, cruzando com outras fontes documentais no período de 2006 a 2007. Deste modo, objetivando a ampliação destas reflexões a estudos futuros.
