Abstract

O presente artigo tem o objetivo de investigar como os processos de capacitação desenvolvidos pela Fábrica Esperança vêm contribuindo para a ressocialização de egressos do sistema penal e, por conseguinte, sua inserção no mundo do trabalho, além de avaliar o programa de treinamento e capacitação de egressos desenvolvidos pela gestão da Fábrica Esperança, tendo em vista perspectiva da reinserção social desses atores sociais.
