Violãšncias Contra As Mulheres No Territã“Rio Da 25 Agãšncia De Desenvolvimento Regional (Adr): Os Avanã‡Os E Desafios Para Os Direitos E As Polã Ticas Pãšblicas

Abstract

O estudo mostrou cenário das violências praticadas contra as mulheres no território da 25 ADR, os direitos e operacionalização das políticas públicas, com objetivo de destacar os desafios ao Estado, às gestões públicas e à sociedade; um diagnóstico para subsidiar os urgentes processos de prevenção e combate às violências. O estudo bibliográfico indicou legislação disponível aos diversos atores e o estudo de campo de caráter documental em 3.769 BO com fato denunciado: violência contra mulher, entre 2009 e 2012, em quatro Delegacias Civis de Policia e duas Delegacias Especializadas na 25 ADR. A violência era territorializada nos municípios. As vítimas: tinham de 18 a 60 anos, vulneráveis socioeconomicamente; violências predominantes moral e psicológica sofrida no ambiente privado; agressor com laços familiares. Políticas públicas focadas nas violências contra as mulheres evoluíram. No território a rede permanecia desordenada e setorializada, evidenciando variadas questões: desinteresse, desconhecimento e vontade política para efetivá-las.
