O Neoliberalismo No Contexto Da Crise E Da Restauraã‡Ãƒo Do Poder De Classe: Diã Logo Entre Naomi Klein E David Harvey

Abstract

O presente trabalho busca investigar o neoliberalismo, especificamente com relação ao contexto da crise (principal elemento contido nas ideias dos autores Naomi Klein e David Harvey) e na restauração do poder de classe. Para tanto, além de uma contextualização histórica sobre o tema, foram analisadas as características da ideologia neoliberal sob a ótica da dignidade humana e da liberdade individual, bem como demonstrados os meios de divulgação dessa ideologia: seja pelo consenso e pela formação dos bancos de ideias (think tanks), de forma voluntária ou de forma involuntária, pelo choque econômico, momento em que foi traçado um paralelo com a ocorrência dos demais choques: a guerra e a tortura. Estabeleceu-se, ainda que de forma sucinta, as premissas fundamentais do neoliberalismo como a desregulação, acumulação de capital e o chamado “Estado neoliberal†, discorrendo sobre algumas das principais consequências advindas desse modo econômico.
