Abstract

O presente artigo se dedica a analisar de que modo o livro “A Cor Púrpura†de Alice Walker e o filme de mesmo nome, servem como ferramentas interdisciplinares para o ensino jurídico, em especial das disciplinas de Direitos Humanos e Antropologia Jurídica nos cursos de graduação em Direito. Apresenta alguns dos elementos mais relevantes da obra de ficção e argumenta, ao final, a fundamental importância de análises baseadas no conceito de interseccionalidade das discriminações e opressões sociais, para uma adequada formação de futuros(as) juristas e, consequentemente, uma aplicação mais justa do Direito.
