Abstract

O presente estudo visa analisar e discutir aspectos relacionados à evolução da genética, a importância da inserção da Bioética nos cursos superiores de Direito, procurando identificar as influências deste novo conhecimento nas relações de trabalho, assim como examinar as inter-relações e interfaces destes campos e as implicações deste processo. Ainda, persegue a ideia de que a existência do perigo que informações genéticas dos indivíduos, obtidas de forma abusiva, possam causar aos trabalhadores, sobretudo quanto a uma possível discriminação no mercado de trabalho.
