Abstract

Este trabajo presenta un análisis cuali – cuantitativo de la utilización de teléfonos inteligentes y sus aplicaciones gratuitas de comunicación asistido por el internet en relaciones a redes sociales como WhatsApp y Facebook; analizando las diferentes actividades que tiene la población, especialmente de 12 años hasta los 45 años que entienden y actúan con los nuevos avances tecnológicos, especialmente en el área de la comunicación, resultando que este grupo han experimentado importantes variaciones en su estructura y funcionamiento en su vida cotidiana. En su primera parte se muestra una breve descripción de lo que afectado la nueva tecnología en comunicaciones entre personas en este mundo tecnificado, como aparece esta tecnología, sus avances, sus causas y efectos en la utilización de estos sistemas de comunicación en nuestra sociedad y sus implicaciones que acarreara esto a nuestro ecosistema. Mediante encuestas realizadas a usuarios de diferentes rangos de edades y provincias, y mediante resultados o datos de instituciones del estado, permitieron obtener una breve análisis para aclarar varias interrogantes de este estudio como es la utilización de la telefónica tradicional (celular y fija) vs la telefonía VOIP atreves de aplicaciones web, su avances e implicaciones que lleva esto a los usuarios. Al final se muestra conclusiones y recomendaciones, definiendo que todo servicio no es gratuito de alguna u otra manera las comunicaciones lleva un costo
