El Derecho Internacional De Los Derechos Humanos A La Luz Del Caso Radilla Pacheco Vs. Mã‰Xico

Abstract

El caso Radilla tuvo gran impacto en el sistema jurídico mexicano tanto por haber sido el primer caso significativo en el que la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos condenó al Estado mexicano, como por contener órdenes para que en México se realicen cambios estructurales de gran importancia para la vida pública del país. Inclusive este caso se vuelve aún más importante debido a terribles atentados de los derechos humanos que han padecido la sociedad mexicana en los últimos dos años, como los ocurridos contra los cuarenta y tres estudiantes de Ayotzinapa; la ejecución por parte del ejercito de por lo menos quince personas en Tlatlaya y lo ocurrido en Tanhuato, Michoacán, en donde supuestamente las fuerzas federales ejecutaron a treinta personas tras un supuesto enfrentamiento; todo esto visto desde el ámbito del derecho internacional, ya que puso en evidencia fallas importantes sobre protección, defensa y ejercicio efectivo de los derechos humanos en México.
