Abstract

O estudo apresenta enquanto problema o Caso Daniel Alves #somostodosmacacos e as relações que se estabelecem com os atores envolvidos a partir da perspectiva da análise de conjuntura. A análise circunscreve-se acerca do acontecimento de abril de 2014, com um recorte de 30 dias após o mesmo, utilizando especialmente as redes sociais enquanto fonte, por se tratar do veículo em que o caso foi noticiado inicialmente. Conclui-se que ação/campanha #somostodosmacacos foi idealizada sem articulação alguma com a já histórica luta pela superação do racismo. Apesar disto, existiram consequências positivas do ato, que foi o recrudescimento das regras e punições para os casos de racismo – seja no futebol europeu, seja nos campeonatos que ocorrem no Brasil.
