A Trajetã“Ria Dos Arranjos Produtivos Locais No Estado Do Parã €“ Quais As Aã‡Ã•Es Dos Governos Estaduais?

Abstract

Este artigo verifica a trajetória dos Arranjos Produtivos Locais no estado do Pará e quais as ações empreendidas pelos governos estaduais em um recorte temporal de 2000 á 2015. Para isso foram levantados dados e informações nos PPA, LOAS e Relatórios de Avaliação das ações desenvolvidas pelas secretarias estaduais ligadas ao fomento e desenvolvimento de APL. Baseado nisso, observou-se o crescimento de ações, em especial após o ano de 2006, porém esse crescimento apresenta processos ora de continuidade ora de descontinuidade. O que reflete que mesmo após de uma década e meia, ainda há a carência de uma atmosfera propícia, acesso ao crédito, investimentos em tecnologia e inovação e capacitação de recursos humanos e que problemas inicialmente identificados (no inicio dos anos 2000) ainda não foram sanados e que as ações empreendidas atualmente são repetitivas, o que contribui significativamente para que se possa obter de fato APL consolidados no Estado do Pará.
