Abstract

No presente trabalho apresenta primeiramente um estudo comparativo da Constituição Brasileira de 1988 e da Constituição Federal do Equador de 2008, verificando as principais diferenças e questões relacionadas a proteção ambiental, no que tange a restituição e a reparação do dano ambiental, advindo dos problemas ecológicos causados a natureza pelo risco ecológico da insustentabilidade humana.
